Puppy off food
my 12 week old english springer spaniel pup has been off her food vomiting and has diarrhoea. She has lost weight also

How is your pup ? hope she / he is feeling better ,Pups have sensitive stomachs and the slightest thing /change of food can start them off check that you are feeding your pup with good quality puppy food and don't try to alter to adult until she / he is ready ,check with your breeder to see what food your pup was used to ,maybe try a little weetabix with warm milk that is a good settler of stomachs ,
also pups can have worms and will cause stomach upsets and vomiting / diarrhoea and this is quite common, when your pup is feeling a little better get it checked out by your vet, he may recomend the best worming treatment for your pup
please contact your vet if you are worried of if this lasts for more than a few days , I would think its the change of food from weaning to puppy food but you cant be to careful

Thanks Paul for your time and information. Kyia is doing well now and it was as you said. she is now eating her puppy food, she had started eating the older dogs food and this was obviously too soon for that transition. We will take her to the vet after the holiday for worming also.
